1. This site is informational

Everything on broadnotion.online is general information. It is not professional or security advice, and not a substitute for a qualified technician, your own IT support, or the guidance published by the Australian Cyber Security Centre at cyber.gov.au. No page here examines, scans or diagnoses your device, and nothing here is a statement about the condition of any particular computer, phone or account.

Decisions about your own devices and accounts remain yours. If a situation involves money, a business, someone else's personal information, or a device managed by an employer, take it to the appropriate professional or official body.

2. Accuracy and change

Answers are reviewed against official and vendor sources, and the date of the most recent review appears in the footer of every page. Even so, operating systems change and products are revised. Product details in particular — what a licence covers, what it costs in Australian dollars, and the terms on which it renews — change without notice, and the vendor's own site is the accurate source for them. Always check with the vendor before buying.

If something here is wrong or out of date, telling us at info@broadnotion.online is the fastest way to have it corrected.

3. Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, including Australian government bodies, vendor sites and the paid affiliate links described in our affiliate disclosure. Those sites are not under the control of GRESKO s.r.o. We are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or handling of your information, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you follow one you are subject to that site's own terms.

4. Affiliate links

Some links here are paid affiliate links: if you sign up after following one, GRESKO s.r.o. receives a commission and you pay no more than you would otherwise. Every page carrying one says so beside the link, and the affiliate disclosure explains the arrangement. GRESKO s.r.o. is not the seller of any product described here, is not a party to any contract you make with a vendor, and cannot help with a subscription or refund.

5. Using this site

You may read, print and share these pages, and quote from them with attribution and a link. You may not copy the site wholesale, present its content as your own, or interfere with its operation or with other readers' access.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. In particular, nothing here excludes the consumer guarantees that apply to the supply of services.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law permits, GRESKO s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published on this site, or from your use of any site linked from it. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, it is limited to resupplying the information or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

7. Availability

This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error, and we may change, move or withdraw pages at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where GRESKO s.r.o. is established. This does not displace any protection available to you as a consumer under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law, or under the mandatory law of the country where you live, and it does not prevent you from bringing a matter before a body that would otherwise have jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with them, and the current version applies from that date.
